How would smoked head/tail lights look on a silver corolla?

its a 2003 S.

It will look cheesy. Please dont do it, factory looks better for this application. I have seen and done tinted tail lights/ lenses. The proper way is to use a custom mix paint, to smoke the lights, than clear over it, and polish to a fine finish. It will look factory, but this was on black cars, that were fully modified for shows and expos.

The cheesier way to do it, is with a film they sell, that sticks on with adhesive.

You are only asking for trouble from the police as well. They will get personally offended, since your lights will no longer be as bright. ; ) You will than have to swap back to factory, and get it inspected by the CHP or whoever you have out there. Oh, and than return back to tinted, if your driving a show car haha.

My recommendation for you is leave it alone. If anything get some tint for your windows, or perhaps some springs, and shocks to get some decent handling… if anything. Honda’s are meant to be driven from A to B, and get good gas mileage hopefully, without releasing too much NOx emissions(they are high in nox usually).

Please dont add a fart can exhaust, you will decrease the value of an affordable car, to a piece of loud junk. I laugh when I hear that.
