I’m making wind chimes out of 105mm shells, can’t hacksaw?

I’m using HSS blades @ 24 TPI and can’t get thru these brass shells. I need to cut off the base part with the primer. Are these some, maybe, nickel alloy idk about? I have an old Bosch jigsaw but these blades are cheaper, maybe, Bimetal blades?
Cutting oil, that may be the answer, thx!

Years ago when I worked construction we had to use 32 or 48 tpi blades when we were cutting special type of stainless–very high in nickel- and we had to cut it real slow and with lots of cutting oil– good luck
