Does Santa even bother delivering Christmas presents himself anymore?
Seems every year there’s another Christmas special where Santa gets hurt somehow and someone else jumps in to deliver the presents and save Christmas. Santa only works one day out of the year, yet somebody else is always doing his job. Do you think Santa is scamming everyone with this “I’m hurt” bit just so that he can con someone else into taking over for the rest of the night? Looks like it happens too often to be just a coincidence.
I would agree. Up here in Canada, we have something called “Workmen’s Compensation”. I think he’s faking his injuries just to get the pay from WSIB. But we’re onto his scam now …
